I have this rash On my stomach that itches really bad what could it be and what could I do to help?

My doctor had me use Benadryl cream on my belly rash.  It was caused by me being allergic to the cocoa butter I was using

Put some diaper rash cream on it and tell your dr so they can check your liver to make sure it’s nothing serious. 
It could be just from belly stretching & growing however better safe than sorry.

Ouch that looks sore. Wish I could give you some advice but I don’t know what it is. Hope you find out and get it fixed so you aren’t itchy and sore. Best of luck
