Endometriosis surgery...

Kimberlee

so i had a laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy today for suspected endometriosis. I went to my fertility specialist about a month ago and he did an ultrasound and confirmed I had PCOS and scheduled my surgery immediately. So 8am came around and I went in. after surgery he talked to my family and said I was eaten up with endometriosis and adhesions and multiple cysts. And a "chocolate" mass on each ovary.. So he had to burn alot of places and then ended up doing about 3 skin grafts and I have to go back in a couple of months to remove the scar tissue formed. He said he is very optimistic and he is going to be putting me on progesterone because i have higher testosterone in my body. Because of all the endo and pcos. along with a blood clotting disorder and 2 genetic disorders. I have been such an emotional rollercoaster today and I pray that everything i have gone through gets me and my husband our sticky miracle baby!! hopefully no more miscarriages! so with all this being said. has anybody else gone through something similar? If so. how has everything turned out? sorry for such a long post 😊
