Low grade fever..?!?

Apparently this is a symptom of pregnancy? I have one and I am definitely not sick! (Yet) I feel great aside from being exhausted beyond all belief. 
I also had cramps all day long yesterday, mild twingy cramps at 6 DPO. 
Today I have tender boobies and tender nipples. Both today and yesterday i have gotten twinges in my boobs. 
Is this fever a really good sign?!?! 
Or am I just getting the flu.. 😑

I woke up 10dpo w a fever, sore throat, cough and head congestion. Literally felt like death. 11dpo and woke up feeling fine, like I was never sick the day before. I got my bfp 12dpo. I’m currently 7 weeks! You never know 🤞🤞🤞

i hope so! My temp was in the 99s for 2 days but not sick. Had spotting one day and no other symptoms. af not due the 21st

I had a slight cold & a low grade fever a week before I tested & got my bfp ..hopefully this is good news for you! Baby dust ☺️
