long and irregular cycle

Hi! I'm looking for advise from women who experienced that. My cycle has always been irregular. And lately, it's not only irregular but very long.

Currently, I'm on day 44. Still no period.

I did a pregnancy test and it came back negative.

I have tender breasts and they're monstrously sore. I had cramps all week. And the mood swings. Actually, this is the same as my PMS but my periods are just not coming.

Trying not to keep my hopes up since my cycles are long lately though... Anyway. Is there any other woman who has long and irregular cycles like me? Does it make it harder TTC? Should I go see a doctor to see if there is something wrong down there? Help please!
