Is acne an early sign of pregnancy?

I've been on the pill for 3 months now and I haven't had break outs since then but recently I just started breaking out just a little bit. My period is supposed to be in 2 weeks. Is this a sign or am I just panicking?

You could be panicking. I worried way too much the first few months on the pill. If you're taking it regularly, around the same time every day, you should be fine. 
Plus, worrying can delay your period which can cause you to worry more. I've been there and done that lol
