FTM! Pacifier age?

My daughter is almost 9 months and uses a pacifier to sleep, I bought her the 6+ ones a month ago and she still doesn't like them and wants her smaller nippled ones. I just want to make sure size wise it won't affect her mouth later on if she doesn't use the correct age size. Thanks in advance!

My baby has the 6 month plus ones because one day when he put the smaller one in he manages to nearly get it all in his mouth and got it stuck so
I wouldn’t risk it. Presume they do bigger for this reason and because it’s better for developing teeth

Definitely go with the bigger soother. If your baby won't take one then use it as an opportunity to wean lol!

Also if you use the soothie ones, the plastic is harder on the 6+ ones as old babies have teeth and learn to bite so the softer plastic can be a choking hazard.

Yes I think it's more about choking. Forvteeth I assume smaller is better, but for choking risk (and maybe sucking satisfaction?) they make them bigger
