If they are painful to the touch it looks like hand foot and mouth. You'll know tomorrow when your legs and feet and possibly mouth are covered in them. I got it last year as an adult and it was one of the most awful sicknesses I have ever had, maybe even the worst I have ever felt. I'm so sorry if you have it 🙁 you basically just have to let it run its course. I would recommend warm oatmeal baths.
