So for my baby shower , I got a bunch of dollar tree items (pacifiers , wipe cases, washcloths , diaper rash cream, shampoo, lotion, body wash, bottles, teether, rattle , cups and other items). I'm wondering how safe any of these are to use for baby? I wouldn't typically buy dollar tree items for my baby. The pacifiers say BPA free

but I am particular about everything . I've actually already tossed the diaper rash cream out , since there was a certain one that I want to use .
