i am 4 weeks pregnant again after having my 13 month old twins. feeling quite large so have to wait 4 more weeks for my ultrasound to see if it is twins again.

I fell pregnant at Christmas last year with twins but misscarried at 8 weeks and then 2 months later was pregnant again with twins and am now 24 weeks with my B/G twins ❤️❤️❤️

I conceived back to back twins. Unfortunately mine end as a singleton pregnancy around 8-9 weeks but my sister had twins and 6 yrs later (her next pregnancy was twins again. 
You are more likely to conceive twins if you have prior.

My grandmother had twins (my mother is a twin) then a single after then triplets !! It runs in my family but it is very possible!

It's very possible. But you just need to wait for an ultrasound. 
But ive heard woman who've had twins are more likely to conceive twins again. But idk 🤷🏻‍♀️
