Cervix during ovulation

So I have my husband feel my cervix since he can easily reach it. Anyway today he said it felt high. However he said he didn’t think it was really open and he did say it was definitely like lips. I don’t have any raw egg white CM, it’s just watery...what does this mean? I’m really confused
