Should I call the pediatrician?

My daughter is 1, she does not have a fever... but her skin/ forehead is super warm as if she does have a fever.. I bought different thermometers and tried all of them.. no fever. She’s super lethargic, not herself- wants to be held, super cranky, and is having a hard time sleeping. Her eyes are slightly puffy and looks super tired. She just had a mucusy runny yellow diaper- her tummy isnt hard, and her wet diapers are normal. I can tell she doesn’t feel good so I have been nursing her a lot, I just don’t know if I should call the pediatrician? If I do what do I say.. my daughters just not herself? She does have an appointment Friday afternoon for her 1 year checkup/ shots. Should I just wait until then?
