SPD and birth?
I thought i'd come over here to ask for more answers. I have severe SPD and want to have a natural birth like i did with my first, but i can't even handle the pain just from light activity. Does that mean i'll be better off with an epidural this time around instead, since i literally CAN NOT handle the pain i already have?
