Help! Alcohol and the TWW

I need some advice about alcohol and the TWW. Do you drink any during TWW ? (And I'm talking 1 drink, not a binge!) If not, any tips on being in social drinking situations and not having everyone think your already pregnant?

I'm going out for "drinks" with some work colleagues tomorrow evening (scheduled weeks back), but I don't want people I work with to know that I may be pregnant. It's just not their business yet.

How do you guys deal with things like this?!?
