Sadly I'm back

I got my bfp the second week of March went until 9 weeks the second week of April at my first ultrasound for an early sneak peek and there was just a brighten ovum. This is my 2nd miscarriage last time was before my son and I missed carried naturally this time I did a d&c this past Wednesday. Not happy to be back but ready to move forward and to keep working on our baby # 2 dream.
