Ava bracelet.

I've just purchased it the Ava bracelet...£200 later - It arrived today. Hoping it worth the money.
Has anyone tried it and had success? Any tips? Bugs? Anything?

I can't temp as I sleep with my mouth open PLUS I have the memory of a goldfish (due to my underactive thyroid). And ovulation sticks, are confusing me. I use both CB advanced opk and cheap ones...If CB shows me peak, often the cheaper sticks show negative. So I end up getting stressed and confused.

The Ava is supposed to help identify your ovulation days as it takes your temp for you, monitors heart rate (which increases during fertile days) and other things such as sleep and stress. This is what I've learnt from the manual...

PM - Average BPM is 40-80 BPM. It raises by 3BPM at the beginning of fertile window and remains elevated during pregnancy.
Skin Temp - Average skin temp 64.5 - 77°F (32.5 - 36.8 °C). It rises above this by half a degree after ovulation and remains elevated until next period or through pregnancy. This will help you understand if you've ovulated.
HRV - Heart rate variable indicates stress levels. Where there is a lot of variation means you are more stressed.
So I'm interested to know if anyone has used it with any success.
