I mean guys are probably baffled why some women get fillers in their lips (I personally don't get it either).  If they're that insecure about it then sure,  go for it.  It'd be interesting to see what the long term damage is or if there is any,  maybe to their fertility or erectile function?

As long as the long term affects aren't damaging I say to each their own! Some men are really insecure about their penis', just like women (and me) can be insecure about their lips/breast/butts, so why shouldn't they be allowed the same kind of procedures? Of course they should be checked by a doctor for mental health- make sure it's not due to a major issue that they want to change, but if it makes them more confident why not?!

it's not really any different from getting breast implants... Except that it might actually increase some sexual pleasure. hopefully doesn't create complications though...
