Question about clomid and ovulation!!

I've start taking my first dose of clomid for baby #2 on September 27th and I was suppose to have sex every other day through October 4-11th but my husband started a new shift getting home at 1 am and I've been so tired we didn't have sex like we were suppose to. We had sex on the 3rd 6th and 8th, how possible is it that I could still have gotten pregnant on this dose? My doctor called me today and told me that my blood work came back for my progesterone level and it was an 8 which was really high so I did for sure
