Help a girl out ?

So I don't usually cook, but I want to make my boyfriend a nice dinner. Any easy but delicious recipes ??

if you have a crockpot...make crack chicken... 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, 1 packet of ranch dressing mix (the powder)  cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 4 hours.... after its cooked, shred the chicken and stir all together... add crumbled bacon if desired... make as a sandwich... i used cheddar cheese and hawaiian roll buns... heaven

Lasagna. It’s super easy and who doesn’t like lasagna!

Pasta. Get whatever noodle you want. Sauce: chop up a bell pepper, some mushrooms, onion, a can (drained) diced and petite diced tomatoes. Let that cook for ten or so minutes stirring regularly. Then add in a store bought pasta sauce, cook for a few more minutes then serve on pasta  Super good and easy but tastes like you did a lot more

salmon grilled with capers. you grill it on the stove on top of a piece of iceberg lettuce and also throw in the Capers on the stove and let them get crispy... mmmmm
