After a miscarriage

I had a miscarriage a month ago on the 14th

I’m wondering when I should be getting my period? Did that count as a period? How long will it be till I get back on track??

My last period was July 27th, I had my miscarriage very early in my pregnancy my pregnancy levels were only at a 14. But went back down to zero over the weekend of the 14th of September. The doctor said it was like I had just gotten pregnant that week. So I’m just wondering..

No white pants for awhile? Keep midol & pads on hand? Orrrrr should I go to the doctor & see what’s up
