Fuck no. If one guy can't kneel then another guy can't pray. Both are being paid to be there. 
However, it's anyone's right to kneel and anyone's right to pray. Fair is fair.

The beauty in freedom of speak is you have the right to do what u want. The unfortunate side of it is, your not expect to what repercussions and consequences come with it. 
I don’t think either of them should be denied field time. However I don’t believe people should be forced to agree with their decisions, like them or be forced to sign them. Whatever happens on the field is between them, the coaches and owners. That’s a decision them as grown adults have to make and deal with
