first IUI today!

had my first IUI today. overall the experience was good, no discomfort or pain. sperm count was great and good mobility. fingers crossed and on to the TWW. has anyone experienced success with one round of clomid, trigger shot, and IUI??? trying to stay positive. anyone in the same boat as me?
