I have two pregnancy books, What to Expect When You’re Expecting and Expecting 411. I love both of them, they provide a lot of useful information about pregnancy and postpartum.

This is silly, but it's true for me. If you are a worrier or have any kind of anxiety, I'd avoid the books. I tried reading one and all it did was make my pregnancy feel abnormal or stress me out and make me feel like I didn't know my own body or what was going on. So I decided to simply enjoy my pregnancy, follow my doctors advice, and look up information as needed from verified sources! I know this may not be the help you wanted, but I just wanted to throw it out there, for some women, the books just kind of ruin your pregnancy. For others it is great though! So do you!
