Baby shower?

Hi, so I'm 23 weeks pregnant & due date is Valentine's Day and this is my 3rd baby.. but I've never had a baby shower, ever. 😔😅 LOL! So my question is, how early do you ladies do your baby shower or is there a specific month I should do it? Is there such a thing as too early? I was shooting for maybe early December or something? I live in MN & praying our winter this year isn't so harsh. Last thing I want is to plan for a day & have it be a snow storm 😩😭
