Did any other mommies use cannabis while pregnant?

I do, I'm a medical patient and I'm 27 weeks it's really does help me with everything. like eating, sleeping, headaches everything. 100% for it!

if you're not prescribed it (have a card for it) and it comes up on the drug tests that they do on you at your ob they will contact cps with out telling you.. cps will follow up with you for a year ( home visits, drug tests, ect.).. that's how most states do it my mom works for cps

My doctor will release you as a patient if you use or test positive for cannabis. Even if you have a medical card for it. I have nothing against cannabis and believe it has very beneficial capabilities. However, in my honest opinion there aren't enough studies proving it safe during pregnancy so I avoid it at all costs. It's not worth the risk of possibly harming my baby.

I didn't. If you do, I would just clear it with your doctor, or at the very least give them a heads up. Many offices do random drug testing with the urine samples at every check up. You don't want it showing up without your doctor knowing ahead of time. This could cause issues.

My husbands moms dr suggested she smoke while she was pregnant. She couldn't keep anything down unless she smoked. Also I know several people whose drs suggest it or at least say it's ok. I guess it's just in Alaska. Idk

I smoke it regularly for medical reasons and my Dr even said because research is so inconclusive about it that it is really opinion based and that should be fine but to treat it like any other medication and try to reduce a bit.

I don't smoke, despite being a medical patient, because there aren't enough studies to disprove possible harm. Short term problems seem minimal, but studies are showing there may be long term problems with socializing and mental health- all in all not worth the risks for me.
