IUI third time lucky?!

My partner and I been ttc gor the last 5 years. Had second iui treatment in May and had postive test in June but began bleeding almost instantly so always knew something was not right. It resulted in two ectopics in one tube and unfortunately natural miscarriage in womb at 7 weeks. Had literally no pain with the ectopic and had to have the methotrexate injection. Due to start iui again next month and feeling very nervous. Anyone else had (un)successful iui? TIA
