Iron capsules?
Have any of you ever opened up an iron capsule and mixed it with food like mashed potatoes? Because you couldn’t take the actual pill? To my knowledge you aren’t supposed to open up an iron pill, you’re supposed to take it whole. But my doctor which he is a great one told me to do that with my iron since I’m having a very hard time taking them whole. Was just curious if any of you have ever done that before and if the iron worked that way?
