No amount of alcohol is safe during pregnancy.  The idea that you can have alcohol every once in a while is an old antiquated belief that has been discounted dozens of times.  They do not know exactly what amount of alcohol will cause fetal alcohol syndrome.  Any practitioner who tells you otherwise should lose their medical license.  It's not worth it.

I've had 4 during my pregnancy. 2 at a wedding and 2 on other 'special' occasions. I am confident my baby is fine.

Fre makes a non alcoholic wine. Haven’t tried it yet. 
I just get the bartender to make me mocktails. Some are so good that you can’t tell it’s alcohol free.🍹
