Pregnant and tired?

Has anyone else feel the same at 6wks? What did y'all do to help it or at lease not feel miserable?

I just got into the 6th week. I can go for a walk with the dog and all is fine then all of a sudden - bam! Super tired and need to lie down after the walk. I feel like an old lady 🙈 but then at night I have a really hard time falling asleep and I wake up around 3-4am every morning. Just having a hard time sleeping consistently and just feeling restless.

I slept like 15 hours a day!! Night +naps!!

There's nothing you can really do to help it, I use to take naps everywhere like 5 times a day
