C section brace?

how long did you wear the brace/abdominal binder for? did you wear it 24/7? I l had a c section 4 days ago and ive been wearing it all day and all night since then. Not sure for how long I should wear it and/or if I can take it off and rest

I wore mine for a good week +. It was my second csection and with my first they didn’t have that. I feel like it helped a lot!

I wore mine almost constantly for about a week and then off and on after that for about a month.

I wore mine 24/7 the first week then only wore it  for anorher month when I was going to be standing up and moving around it helped me feel secure and kinda normal

I hated it, they made me wear it in the hospital but I'm so short it cut into my boobs and my legs when I was sitting down so I never wore it at home with either c-section
