Does endo cause spotting?

So I'm now on my 2nd regular cycle since my AF went all crazy on me. November till March I was bleeding every other week for 7+ days at a time with spotting between n during sex almost every time  during this I was experiencing no period pain whatsoever witch is unusual for me.. only times where I felt weird sensations in my right side like a numb bleeding internaly feeling (even when I wasn't bleeding)  they've regulated back to normal my last period was a 28 day cycle I'm now on CD 20 . 
I have been to see the GP about 2 months ago and all she said to me was wait and see if they regulate themselves. I told her my symptoms n she didn't seem worried... 
My question is are these symptoms of endo?

I had the exact same symptoms, but then it got worse and I was bleeding for over a year, with only a couple of days in between.

You really need to see an ob/gyn. It sounds like you need a diagnostic laparoscopy. Please get it checked out before it gets any worse. It isn't pleasant.

I wish you the best. This is one of the worst pains someone can ever have. I've been told that my pain is sometimes worse than giving birth (not sure how they knew something like that lol). I would hate to see your condition get worse, sweetie. Get to your doctor ASAP.

I have constant pain in my lower back and abdomen, even off cycles. During a period its extremely excruciating pain and very heavy bleeding and blood clots. If you think you have endometriosis definitely mention your concerns, but the only way to diagnose is by surgical laparoscopy. Most cases you can't see endo through a normal exam or ultrasound, an some women have no symptoms at all, which likely is mild case.

I've never heard of anyone having these symptoms with Endo, I know with myself the cramps and pain are excruciating and virtually 24/7 even when I wasn't bleeding or whatever. 
I'd definitely pressure your Doctor into getting tests run to rule out any other possibilities though, and if they refuse seek another opinion.
