My discharge and urine smell like...

Cat litter. Like a used litter box. Towards the back of my underwear. I’m three days away from my fertile window starting and it’s been like this since my period started.

Please tell me it’s just BV because I can’t get a pregnancy test and take it where I am. My parents would kill me. But it smells AWFUL and I don’t know if it’s because of pregnancy or because I’m just getting sick or a ph imbalance or what. I’ve been nauseated for three days. It’s unbearable and the smell has been going on for a week and I can’t afford a trip to the gyno or doctor. Somebody please help an anxious girl out...
