Morning Sickness Foods?
Hi ladies 👋🏼
I’ve been struggling with severe morning sickness for the last 10 weeks and I am MISERABLE. I have gotten sick on just about everything, but I have to eat every 2 hours or I feel extremely ill. Are there any foods you liked when pregnant with morning sickness you could keep down? I am really struggling when it comes to meals. Anything would be helpful!
Lately I’ve been eating:
Yogurt
Saltine crackers
Pudding
Toast
Eggo waffles (w/o syrup)
Applesauce
& some cereals
