no longer feel baby

I am currently 20 1 day. I've been feeling my baby move alot for the first time , other then flutters. Today I ran out of prenatal vitamins . I haven't took one today and haven't felt him move either. I've been eating and drinking and even playing around with my belly. still no movement. I have a Dr appointment this coming Thursday. I'm Worried 😟
