Negative test turned positive.

So I have all the symptoms of pregnancy and even experienced what I believe was implantation bleeding though I never had that with my first. I took a test that was negative then hours later it showed bright positive. not faint but clear line! What's going on? the line is darker in person. also clearly colored not gray.
