Pap smear?

My best friend had a Pap smear sometime between 19-21 weeks and I'm currently 25 weeks and have still not had one, my doctor hasn't even mentioned it, I have my glucose test at my next appointment where I'll be 29 weeks and my doctor still didn't mention it; so I'm just wondering if not all doctors do it or if some just do it later than others.

Did everyone get a Pap smear while pregnant or is it only for certain people?
