Should I be upset?

So me and my boyfriend broke up and got back together not that long ago. We broke because we spent to much time together but we realize we love each other and still want to be together but just not always hanging out. Well anyways he went to a party tonight and I'm staying at his house waiting for him to call me so I can pick him up. I'm just upset because he been wanting to go out and do stuff and every time I suggest thing he say no. I wanted to go on a date so I asked him and he said I don't know but when his friends want to do stuff he always says yes and go. I don't know if I should be upset and tell him something or just not bother saying anything..
