Ladies can you give me some ideas of what I could do to cover up this tattoo . I like animals and nature and flowers I don't want what covers up to be huge and look out of place . Just any ideas

You're going to need something dark to cover it up. 
My suggestion is to get it covered completely with black, and then get a negative space tattoo. But your tattoo artist can tell you exactly what they can do and what they can't.

theatre makeup should work, Kryolan is a good one. if it can cover up dark hyperpigmentation then it can cover this too.
