Diarrhea for over a week straight and it's now waking me up at night. 😭

Both! Diarrhea will dehydrate you so you definitely need to up your fluids. However, it’s not normal to be having it for a week straight like that so definitely call your doctor.
In the meantime try eating bananas and rice and also look into getting a probiotic which will replace the good bacteria in your stomach and possibly solve your issues.
