So I was a single mother until I met my husband when my daughter was 8 months old. I didn’t have a baby shower I did everything on my own. It was very rough but I did it! I had barely any family by my side and no friends at all. I pushed everyday. Now I am 31 weeks pregnant and happier than I have ever been my entire life with the man of my dreams and amazing father to our daughter. We are expecting our babygirl December 24th. I did not plan on having a baby shower at all bc I for one still have no friends and the only family I have is my sister and my mom. I figured I did it all on my own with my daughter we would be okay this time around. So it was pointless. Well I found out yesterday that my amazing husband planned me a secret babyshower😁 like I said I did not want one but seeing the look of excitement on his face bc he did it all on his own was priceless! Mind you this is his first kid and he has not been able to make every baby appt bc work.
