How long does it last? My period came 5 days late (about 40 min ago lol) but today would also be day 6 from having baby making sex

I would guess there should be no clots in Implantation blood right?

I just don't want to think "alright I guess I can have a glass of wine or 4 since I got my period" and be wrong and do potential harm to my little nugget .. I also don't want to live in constant fear/paranoia and be on a pregnancy diet my whole life lol
