So confused.

So let me start off with some background. I had my nexplanon removed on oct 3rd. I had went to the gyn because I was staying sick and having a lot of pain in my arm turns out it had broke in my arm. The done a pregnancy test and it was negative but told me to keep testing till af showed because where my birth control was broken I could have conceived and that would explain the sickness and symptoms. So I took the first clear blue 2 days ago. And a clear faint line showed up as soon as the pee touched and it just kept getting darker. So today I took the first response and the blue dye family dollar brand. The blue dye showed up within a minute maybe even less but the first response barely shows a line. Any ideas or insight?
