Anovulatory Cycle?

Hello first time posting here. Anyways I feel like I'm already out this cycle. For the past 4 months I have been charting bbt but this is the first time i had no drop or rise during ovulation. had positive ovulation test cycle day 12 and tend to ovulate on day 13. Not sure if my thermometer is out of whack I

or my temps are actually that low. Already been prescribed progesterone cream for a Luteal phase defect and I'm not sure I should start taking it since there was no confirmed ovulation. thoughts? thanks in advance :)
