Anyone have this experience?

As soon as I got put on bedrest it felt like my entire body just decided to shut down. Headaches, nausea, back pain, the whole 9 yards!! Wondering if I’m weird or if this is normal?

I felt awful when I went on bedrest. I had no energy and I was sick constantly. I stayed in my bed a lot and didn't even bother switching to the couch.

Maybe you are to busy with other things while in fact it’s to much for you at this time. You can shut those things out, but when you do this (unintentionally) it hits you like a brick later on. 
It’s the same like when you are very busy at work and you go on and on and on and don’t listen to your body (tired, heavy body, maybe a small cold, etc). Then when you finally have a vacation you are sick the whole week. 
Personally I would advise you to try to rest more. Sounds like you have some recovering to do. Good luck 😘
