I’m 38 weeks and I went to the bathroom and this is what came out when I wiped .. today I was checked to see if I was dilated, would it be that the nurse kinda hurt me 😫? I am 1cm open and 60% efficient

Kinda looks like it. Mine was a bit thicker tho. It did get red tinged the day before my water broke. I had been checked the day before the red tinge, was 1cm, 50% and -3 station.

Could just b from them checking but could also b part of ur plug its kinda small but u can lose pieces up until labor
