Just starting... need help!
So last night my 4 year old son asked me if I had another baby in my tummy because my tummy is so big! That is my wake up call!
I have no idea how to start. What did you ladies do to lose weight? Did you try any products out there? I'm a military stay at home mom with 2 kids and a husband who is gone every other month so I'm looking for something I can do at home. Any advise is appreciated!!
