Is working on toning up and have a eating plan I’ve been trying to tone and eat right but it’s hard and I keep going back and forth because I never really had like a work out 🏋🏽♀️ routine or meal pain every time I try I end up stopping because I’m always doing random workouts instead of having a plan for the week so please if any of you lady’s can help that would be awesome
