cramping post ovulation?

Ladies, i ovulated Thursday and Friday. today I'm experiencing pretty harsh cramping! what is happening??? had anyone experienced this??

I had cramping 2 days after my ovulation, I usually only cramp the day before or on the day I ovulate so this was in addition to that. it wasn't strong but I still felt it and I also had back pains similar to AF coming and legit thought that she was coming a whole week early. however, I tested yesterday =bfn. I also had fullness and hot breasts, like a hot flash only in my chest lol, that was about 2 days. woke up yesterday to test and that symptom was gone. cramping today and hoping it's not AF...shes due 10/23.

I'm currently having the samething, I'm 7dpo and the cramping started yesterday and has been coming and going ever since.
