Stomach tight after orgasm

I’m 19 weeks and 3 days I’ve been noticing sometimes after I orgasm my uterus clinches and my stomach gets super hard but only on one side. It’s not always after an orgasm sometimes I’m just sitting on the couch and it does it. Is this Braxton Hicks?? It doesn’t really hurt but isn’t enjoyable either.
