Occasional spotting/bleeding

Does anyone else have occasional spotting/bleeding? I’ve had it about 5 times so far, and I am 11+3. The first time I had it, it was pretty heavy so I went in for a scan and everything was fine; no hemorrhage or anything. The past few times have been light and havent lasted long. Well today I had this spotting again. I am not freaking out since this has happened before, but it’s always alarming to wipe and see anything other than clear. Can anyone relate? I heard my baby’s heartbeat just a few days ago, so I don’t think it’s cause for concern. I just hate the extra anxiety.
