Is this anything to worry about? The lower number is higher than ever, my hands were super swollen and I've been feeling a little off today so I just checked it.

I would call your ob asap and notify them of your BP and swelling.

The 100 is definitely concerning

I would pack a bag if you haven't done so already just in case they want to send you to the hospital

if it was an electric cuff, repeat it. Mine was 130/92 and my dr was about to prescribe me low dose Aspirin. I insisted on a manual read (more reliable) and it was 119/79. Huge difference. But preeclampsia can come out of nowhere so it's good to get checked.

If you can’t get ahold of your doctor, I would call your hospital birthing center, they will more than likely have you come in, that lower number is to high..

I'd call your OB or even go to ER that doesn't sound good at all with that lower number and the swelling.

Your diastolic number is too high. Anything over 90 is considered high and you’re at 100. Swelling is also not a good sign. If you don’t hear back from your doctor before long is just go into er. How far along are you?

go to the hospital where your dr delivers so your dr can treat you if needed and you don't have to transfer. hope it goes okay!

That’s definitely what I would do. Good luck!
